Pipeline procurement customization process
1. Product list inquiry
Demand submission: Customers need to submit a detailed pipeline procurement customization product list to our business POC. The list must cover the specifications and models of the pipeline (such as pipe diameter, wall thickness, length), material requirements (such as ppr, pvc, mpp, pphm, PE), technical parameters (pressure level, temperature resistance range), purchase quantity and special customization requirements (such as special interface, length processing). At the same time, clarify the expected delivery time and delivery location. Quotation and delivery feedback: After our business team receives the product list, it will organize technology, production, procurement and other departments to evaluate within 1 working day. Combined with market conditions, production costs, customization difficulty and other factors, give accurate quotations, and clarify the unit price, total price and payment method of each product. At the same time, according to the production schedule, feedback the estimated delivery time to the customer.
Communication Confirmation: Communicate with the customer on the quotation and delivery time. If the customer has any objection, the two parties will negotiate and adjust. After reaching an agreement, sign a procurement contract to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties.
Second, production customization
Order placement and production scheduling: After the contract is signed, the business department will transmit the order information to the production department within 1 working day. The production department formulates a detailed production plan according to the order requirements and delivery time, and arranges raw material procurement and production scheduling.
Raw material procurement and inspection: The purchasing department purchases the required raw materials in a timely manner according to the production plan. After the raw materials arrive, the quality inspection department conducts inspections strictly according to the quality standards agreed in the contract, including material certification document review, physical and chemical performance testing, etc., to ensure that the quality of the raw materials is qualified. Unqualified raw materials are immediately returned and exchanged to avoid affecting the production progress.
Production Manufacturing and Process Monitoring: The production workshop conducts customized production of pipelines according to technical drawings and process requirements, and strictly implements production standards and operating procedures. During the production process, the quality inspection personnel conduct regular inspections, inspect key processes and quality control points, record production data and quality status, and make corrections in a timely manner if problems are found to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements.
Finished Product Inspection and Acceptance: After the production of the product is completed, the quality inspection department conducts a comprehensive finished product inspection, including appearance inspection, dimensional measurement, stress testing, performance testing, etc. Qualified products are inspected and a quality inspection report is issued; unqualified products are reworked or scrapped until they pass the inspection. At the same time, provide customers with product inspection reports and relevant quality certification documents, and invite customers to conduct on-site acceptance or provide remote acceptance support.
III. Logistics Delivery
Logistics Plan Formulation: The production department transmits the delivery information to the logistics department after the product has passed the inspection. The logistics department selects the appropriate mode of transportation (such as road transportation, rail transportation, water transportation) according to the product characteristics (such as size, weight, fragility), delivery location, delivery time and other factors, and formulates a detailed logistics plan, including transportation route planning, transportation vehicle or ship arrangement, transportation insurance purchase, etc.
Product Packaging and Identification: According to the transportation requirements and product protection needs, the pipeline is properly packaged, and shockproof, moisture-proof and rust-proof materials are used to ensure that the product is not damaged during transportation. At the same time, a clear logo is pasted on the outside of the package, indicating the product name, specification model, quantity, receiving unit, delivery unit and other information.
Shipping and Transportation Tracking: The logistics department organizes the product delivery and signs a transportation contract with the transportation supplier to clarify the responsibilities and obligations of both parties. After delivery, track the transportation progress in real time, and grasp the transportation status of the goods in time through the GPS positioning system or logistics information platform. In case of transportation delays, abnormal weather, etc., communicate with customers in time and take remedial measures.
Arrival acceptance and receipt: After the goods arrive at the delivery location, the customer conducts preliminary acceptance of the product quantity and appearance, and signs for receipt on the delivery slip after confirming that it is correct. If you find any problems such as shortage or damage of the goods, contact our logistics department in time, and we will coordinate the transportation supplier to deal with it, and reissue or replace the products according to the actual situation.
Fourth, after-sales services
Installation guidance and technical support: During the process of pipeline installation, we provide free installation guidance services to customers. We can answer the technical problems encountered by customers during the installation process by phone, video, on-site guidance, etc., to ensure the smooth progress of the installation. At the same time, provide product user manuals, maintenance instructions and other technical information to facilitate customers to use and maintain the pipeline correctly.
Quality Assurance and Repair Service: We promise that the product quality guarantee period is 3 years. During the quality assurance period, if there is a failure or damage caused by product quality problems, we will provide repair or replacement services free of charge; for problems caused by customers' improper use and other reasons, we will provide paid maintenance services and only charge the cost fee. Outside the quality assurance period, we continue to provide customers with lifetime maintenance services and charge reasonable maintenance fees.
Regular Return Visit and Customer Feedback Processing: Within 3 months after the product is delivered, our customer service staff will conduct the first return visit to understand the product usage and customer satisfaction. After that, a regular return visit will be conducted every 3 months to collect customer comments and suggestions. For customer feedback problems, timely processing and tracking to ensure that customer problems are properly resolved.
customer training and technical exchange: According to customer needs, we regularly or irregularly organize customer training activities, including pipeline use skills, maintenance knowledge, troubleshooting methods, etc. At the same time, build a technical exchange platform to promote customer experience sharing and technical exchange, and improve customer use and management of products.
